- Agribusiness loans are available to any type of legal entity engaged in agribusiness operations. Agribusiness commitments are industry competitive on both terms and interest rates. Most of CFA's agribusiness loans are made on a patronage basis. The borrower need not be a cooperative to enjoy the benefits of receiving patronage from CFA.
- Operational loans are revolving lines of credit to finance the seasonal increases in inventory and receivables, operating expenses, and other working capital needs. Operating loans generally mature within 12 months.
- Term loans are available to finance real estate, facilities, equipment, vehicles, or permanent levels of working capital. These loans may be either revolving or non-revolving. The repayment period will be matched to the useful life of the assets financed and to the cash flow to be generated.
- Premier loans are single purpose loans to retail agribusinesses that have a borrowing relationship with another lender. These loans are used to provide deferred payment terms and fund 100% of inventory purchases. You select the invoices to be financed, and CFA makes the payment to the suppliers. The loan is a revolving line of credit and is perpetual, subject to annual review, and is due full once a year.
